Rear Admiral Yusuo Sato is a character that appears in the novel, Debt of Honor.
Biography[]
In 1995, Sato was a JMDSF Fleet commander who was associated with Raizo Yamata. He was later killed during the war between Japan and the United States when the USS Tennessee sunk his destroyer, the Mutsu, with torpedoes.
His death as well as the death of his nephew, Shiro Sato, later led his brother, Torajiro Sato, to exact revenge on the United States by flying a Boeing 747 into the U.S. Capital, killing the majority of the U.S. Government's leadership including President Roger Durling.
