Tom Donner is a character that appears in the novel, Executive Orders.
Biography[]
In 1996, Donner worked as a television anchor for NBC. He was later suborned by former Vice President Ed Kealty into ambushing President Jack Ryan in a televised interview. He later apologizes to Ryan after covering a battle in Saudi Arabia as part of the press pool.
