The Cardinal of the Kremlin was a planned film that was based on the 1988 novel of the same name. A sequel of the 1994 film, Clear and Present Danger, it was to include Harrison Ford and William Shatner. The film was unfortunately never released and the project was likely scrapped due to Harrison Ford leaving the franchise.
