Dr. Stanley Rabinowitz is a character that appears in the novel, Patriot Games.
Biography[]
Stanley worked as a professor of neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He was later approached by his colleague, Dr. Cathy Ryan, who had him take a look at her husband Jack Ryan who was suffering chronic pain in his neck and back as a side effect of wounds sustain from a helicopter crashing healing improperly. Rabinowitz later operated on Ryan's back and cured his chronic pain in relatively short order.
