Sipo is a character that appears in the film, Clear and Present Danger.
Biography[]
A member of the Medellín Cartel, he was ordered by Félix Cortez to kill Jack Ryan. Before he could do that however, he was fatally shot in the chest by Domingo Chavez from a neighboring rooftop.
