Samuel Edeke is a character mentioned in Season 1 of Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan. Hailing from Liberia, he contracts the Ebola virus from his uncle and later has his medical case sent to Cathy Mueller at Washington Memorial hospital for review. She later discovers he has the EVD-27 strain of the virus which was thought to have been eradicated.
