Salvatore is a character that appears in the novel, Commander in Chief.
Biography[]
Salvatore is an Italian paparazzo. While in Rome in 2010, he recognized Jack Ryan Jr. as the son of U.S. President Jack Ryan. He proceeded to follow Jack and take pictures of him. Jack eventually noticed Salvatore and confronted him. This confrontation later led Jack, who was in Rome to investigate Russia's money networks, to decide to leave the country and move onto Luxembourg.
