Lieutenant Colonel Richard "Rich" Belanger is a character that appears in the novel, Commander in Chief.
Biography[]
In 2010, Belanger was part of the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was also the battalion commander of the Black Sea Rotational Force.
