Oleg Kirilovich Kadishev is a character that appears in the novel, The Sum of All Fears.
Biography[]
In 1991, Kadishev was the leader of the opposition party in the Congress of People's Deputies of the Soviet Union and a CIA agent in secret. He unintentionally reinforces President Robert Fowler and Elizabeth Elliot's belief that USSR President Andrey Narmonov has no control over the Soviet military. This convinces Fowler that President Narmonov may be the victim of a coup d'etat, progressing worsening their judgement of the crisis that resulted from the Denver Super Bowl bombing.
