Major General Marion Diggs is a character that appears in several Tom Clancy novels.

In 1996, Brigadier General Diggs was the commander of the Fort Irwin National Training Center in California. Later that year, Diggs was the senior U.S. commander in the American effort against the United Islamic Republic in Saudi Arabia.

In 2001, Major General Diggs was the commander of the 1st Armored Division.
