Joseph "Joe" Mueller is the father of Cathy Ryan and unknown daughter and the father-in-law of Jack Ryan, Sr. and the maternal grandfather of Sally Ryan, Jack Ryan, Jr., Kathleen Ryan, Kyle Ryan.
Joe works as a Senior Vice President of Merrill Lynch, where his son-in-law works for four years, before he left.
