Helen Waters is a character that appears in the novel, Without Remorse. A prostitute under, Henry Tucker, she was murdered by Billy Grayson and Rick Farmer in 1970 after she attenpted to run away. Helen's friend and fellow prostitute Pamela Madden was forced to watch the murder to remind her what would happen if she ran away.
