Christopher Cook is a character that appears in the novel, Debt of Honor. In 1995, he served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under President Roger Durling. In an effort to influence the diplomatic negotiations between the U.S. and Japan, he unwittingly passed secret information to Japan.
