Alexei Petrov was the main antagonist of Season 3 of Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan. He was a Russian Politician who became Russian Defense Minister after setting up the assassination of the previous Defense Minister on orders of Petr Kovac . He was working with Petr's cabal to revive the Sokol Project .
